Got a message from professional Smiles saying I have an appointment. Confirmed on messenger. I was out of state but needed my teeth cleaned which would have been my second cleaning of the year which my insurance says I can receive 2 cleanings a year. Drove home for the appointment got a call from Professional Smiles saying that they don’t accept my insurance anymore. Buyer beware! Bait & Switch. Quotes you a low price over phone to get you into their office. Then, gets you in the chair and brings in the office manager with the real price. Quoted $100-$300 per tooth for extractions. That is customary for dental industry based on degree of difficulty. I had 2 teeth pulled. Dentist said all went easy, teeth came right out with no problem. Teeth did not break during extraction. Took all of 15 minutes. Office manager still charged me $284 per tooth.
