I was never a morning person, and I'm still not really, but Boot Camp is addictive. The people and instructors are really what makes a difference. It's easy to skip a workout by yourself, but when you know people are looking for you, your encouraged! I had done marathons and triathlons and worked out most of my life, but I kept putting on a few pounds here and there. One year later and I'm back to the same weight I was in college and probably in better shape and I've got some friends for life!
