Had a very poor interaction with staff. I have been dropping off clothes for years, and have always had decent interactions in person, but definitely not warm and friendly. I always took it as a one off. I recently called to get an update on my account since I have been unable to come into the store. I was met with attitude, hostility, and was berated for calling because they were busy. Once I collect the remaining of my account if there is any left, I will not drop clothes off here again.
This is one of the coolest stores in the Bay Area. They actually have a great men’s section. Super reasonable prices. I found so many things I was tempted to buy. And the guy working there was really nice.
Really cute place with great deals. HOWEVER, if you are sensitive to smells, do no go there. That place is heavily scented with some sort of floral air freshener that is a guarantee migraine trigger. So take your preventative before walking in. But other than that, I would recommend for some great finds.
Friendly staff. Lots of fun clothes from many different decades. Even bins of items super discounted upstairs.
Good shoe and accessory selection! This store has both high and low priced items and takes some patience to find things as they are sorted by color.
