Would not recommend living here, the parking situation is atrocious. For a few hundred more a month you can live in modern, well run apartment buildings down the street. This place is unaccommodating and strict. They send people into your apartment regularly to do things and they are in within 10 second of knocking. You will either have to pay 100$/month for parking or will pay that much in fines for daytime parking. Called in to stop at the office to leave the id’s and look at the apartment. The lady didn’t want us to come, instead kept on a phone forever asking names etc. After told us that we need to tell her how much we make and it should be *3 rent. I didn’t want to tell the sum over the phone and She hang up Didn’t feel comfortable to give personal information over the phone. Don’t know why and how can use it.

Very nice, very pricey! I lived in a studio there for about 4 years. Apartment layouts and prices vary. Units facing towards Hanover Street have a great deal of noise to deal with at various times which can be very annoying. If you can't get a parking sticker for their small lot you must get a town pass for parking, which is about a block away. The elevator is nice, trash shoots on some floors.
