Best decision I've ever made was joining the OpenWorks team. In 3 years I was able to grow my business to a level I never imagined. The key was to trust the process and the guidance from Joann, Guillermo, Sean, and Mariano. They are the best.

We have been with Open Works for years now. We love that we can count on them for all of our office cleaning! :)
This is the worst company to ever franchise with. They charge you for insurance and you come with your own insurance. They never pay on time. Openworks lacks communication and they lie too much. If you decide to get a contract with them, make sure you have a lawyer by your side. I am so lucky that I have a lot of lawyers on my team.
