Heard from a former employee that these “live auctions” are pre-recorded and that there is someone playing with the numbers on the back end. They also claim to have 100s of buyers which is also not the case, I was shown a video of a porsche being sold it turns out it was someone on OpenTrades side doing all the bidding and that they had just flipped it back over to a dealership. Sold my truck here over 1 year ago and I am getting tickets now from the new owner because they did not process the paperwork with the DMV properly, such a horrible experience now over 16 months later still dealing with this. AVOID THIS PLACE IT CAN GET YOU IN LEGAL TROUBLE
Omg I sold my car with ease! It was my first time doing something like this and Niki made it a breeze 10/10 would do it again if I had another car!! Took about 2-3 hours from start to finish, but I felt so informed and not pressured like going to a car dealership to trade in or sell. Only regret is not doing it sooner!!
