My parents ordered from opentip and ordered the wrong thing. They wanted to send the item back and request a refund but opentip makes it impossible. They don’t have a phone number to call so you have to submit a request and wait for a response yet they don’t respond. My mom has sent 4 emails with no response. DON’t shop here.
