Was able to come out quickly, but then left for 30 minutes without notification. When he came back he identified that the original plan was not going to work and he would have to come back another day. I was charged the full hour price for that visit. When I called to inquire about the price system and make the appointment for return the person that answered was agitated then rude. Guess I’ll try someone else.
I called for an appointment and the women who answered and claimed to be the owner was so unprofessional and I’d honestly say bordering on unhinged. She was sarcastic, rude and her behavior was that of a teenage bully. All because I said the appointment offered didn’t work for me because I have a full time job and would be gone for work by then. Came out same day for a leaking pipe in the kitchen ceiling from an upstairs bathroom and fixed it with no extra charges. I ended up paying about half of the original estimate. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable and explained everything he did along the way, unlike other companies in the past that have done unauthorized work or have hidden charges.
Showed up quickly in an emergency. Did great work and was very polite.
