Matin was my sales rep. I contacted him from the Okanagan about a car I had seen advertised online. I believe that particular one was sold but he came up with an even better one. Enquired in advance if a car was available. Travelled a while to get there, to find out the car hadn't been prepared and was badly damaged. Couldn't test drive and a wasted journey. Turns out the dealership 'accept' any car and chuck it on the website before doing safety checks. Poor experience.
We purchased a used car from the dealership through great help from Matin. He was very helpful and understanding and helped us receive the best rates even on Thanksgiving day. Thank you Matin for all your help and efforts.
