I can't stand this place, walk in to get help because my 2020 tiguan is falling apart... front desk lady is nice and kind... she tells me to goto service... there is no one in service except me and not one person has acknowledged me... the customer service is been mediocre at best (in my opinion). If you must get a VW I would save your time and avoid open road VW

Matin was my sales rep. I contacted him from the Okanagan about a car I had seen advertised online. I believe that particular one was sold but he came up with an even better one.
