Best place to leave your car for service.. Ilya went above and beyond to make my visit very pleasant.. the mechanic Mustafa, as well made me feel at home.. this place should be the place to go for all of your car needs. You don’t want to go anywhere else .. with Ilya and Mustafa, it’s a win win situation
I had a positive experience at open road recently. Ken Su was the sales person who took care of me throughout the process. He ensured I could pick up the car the same day and was there from start to finish. I needed a manual and he delivered it personally when it came in. Very service oriented individual.
My recent experience has taught me not to bring your vehicle to this dealership for future services because you just can’t trust their words. Customer service, particular staff attitude, is very bad and could not answer the question I have. During the service, they recommend to do a transmission fluid replacement for $278.6 because they found contamination. However, due to manufacturer defects, the entire transmission was replaced only 12 months ago and since I have only driven less than 10000km. I ask how come you guys sugg... read more
