I just wanted to give a big thank you to Bryce and the Hyundai service team for taking such good care of my Santa Fe. We came about a year ago to look into purchasing a Santa Fe. It took a while for anyone to greet us, and once a sales person finally came, they weren’t very knowledgeable on the vehicle and couldn’t answer a lot of questions we had. We were told the wait list was about 6-8 months, which we were fine with waiting. But it’s been almost a year now and nobody ever called. While I have no complains on the work done, I do have for a lot of other things: - They shortened the service intervals (6 months or 6.000 km) comparing to Hyundai Canada recommendations (6 months or 8.000 km). When I complained, they simply stated "they might have used old intervals". - "Brake fluid dirty and contaminated" noted and recommended replacement after only 2 years and 28.000 km, while Hyundai Canada goes with 3 years or 48.000 km.
