I am extremely disappointed with the service department at OpenRoad Honda (OpenRoad Auto Group). I brought my vehicle in due to a serious rear differential noise during low-speed turns. The vehicle is still relatively new, and at no point were we clearly informed that the rear differential fluid required service at such an early interval.
