I am extremely disappointed with the service department at OpenRoad Honda (OpenRoad Auto Group). I brought my vehicle in due to a serious rear differential noise during low-speed turns. The vehicle is still relatively new, and at no point were we clearly informed that the rear differential fluid required service at such an early interval. There was no warning light, no dashboard message, and no prior explanation that this maintenance was critical.
