I was out in the Indio area providing transportation for people to and from the Coachella festival. One of my Vans had a big problem with the air conditioning system (it went out and it was 110 degrees outside). After numerous failed attempts trying to get a repair shop to help me out with this emergency I finally came across OpenRoad Auto Service and I am extremely glad I did. People here are so sweet and helpful! Highly recommend them!! They immediately helped us out and tested every little detail to make sure the car is 100% ok. Price was fair as well! Our car issue was overheating engine.
Modest place, but really nice people and they are definitely competent. I had an annoying and very hard to diagnose noise coming from my front suspension. They took extra time and effort to figure out that problem, and notified me if another issue that they then repaired. I highly recommend this business.

I called to make sure they were open since it was the day after Thanksgiving. They were at lunch but were able to see me right after. Quick check engine light to diagnose the problem and fix. Will be sure to be back for any future car needs!
