Got our A3 for misfiring issue. Our family technician had suggested replacement of the 02 sensor, however we decided to get a second opinion. Bought to the service and was noted to replace the spark plugs. Changed parts and vehicle was still running the same. At the end the sensor was replaced, exactly what was noted from the other shop. Unfortunately lost some money on the diagnostics which was incorrect, at least we got a car wash.

I recently contacted this service centre for a quote for winter tires, including installation. They tried to sell me a set of Toyo Observe GSI-6 HP winter tires for $1,917 including installation at $407 per tire. A quick google search shows these are $130 - $200 per tire. I’m being upsold 2-3x the price for crappy tires that no other Audi dealership in the GVR recommends (all the others recommend Pirelli on their website).
