I love my car. It's beautiful, well engineered, and a dream to drive. But because of the horrible experience at this location I would NEVER buy an Audi again. They basically tried to scam me. Horrible experience.
First service here with my Q4, and Angel gave me outstanding service that I don't think I've ever received at any other Audi location. She explained everything, followed up, and kept me posted from the beginning until I picked up my car. She paid attention to every detail, even fully charging my car when she saw it was below 30% to make sure I wouldn't get stuck in traffic without power. I will definitely be back. Thanks, Angel!

the communication between their staff seems non existent - i waited for 40 minutes just to drop off my keys for a maintenance and have to listen to the staff small talking with an pair of old couple about his trip to japan all the time while waiting. FOR REAL??!! terrible experience
