Open Road is like a large corporation. If you want a soulless experience, you’ll be fine going to them. However, Sales with Erik was SUPERB. Everything after that was not. Service gives you pressure to get work done that is not necessary but will help the service associate reach his sales targets, and they can be VERY pushy to get it done. I recently had a very disappointing experience with this dealership’s finance department. I had a simple request; to obtain my outstanding finance statement so I could pay off the remaining balance. Over the course of a month, I called numerous times and was repeatedly told that the team was either in a meeting or assisting other clients and would call me back.
