I feel so lucky and grateful to have worked with the very best salesman i have ever met, Peter Tran. Peter was very kind, honest, astute, knowledgeable and fun. Just a couple days before, I had walked away from a good deal at a different dealership because their salesman was a really aggressive, high pressure, snobby, arrogant guy. This review is long overdue. I purchased a vehicle from Charles a few years ago, and the experience was great from the start. He was helpful, honest, and professional. Since then, I’ve brought my vehicle in a few times for service and have always had good experiences- most recently Sunny was my service advisor. Awesome customer service from him! I appreciate the care and service Acura Richmond continues to provide and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new vehicle.
Just got a new car from this dealership and I couldn’t be happier. If I could give 6 stars, I would! There was no pressure at all. Ken from sales, Calvin and Charles (the managers), and Jimmy from financing all made sure I got the best deal possible. They also gave me a great trade-in value with my old car, way better than what I was offered at other dealerships. If you’re shopping for a car, definitely look for these guys. You’ll be glad you did!
We had such a great experience with Charles at Richmond Acura. From the moment we first met Charles to pre-ordering to the delivery experience, everything is top notch. Communication is always quick and courteous and Charles would go above and beyond to make sure my questions/ inquiries were answered.
