Do not do business with this crook company called openlane previously backlotcars. I was warned but I did listen I bought a 2019 ford edge and was certified by them only to receive a car with bad transmission. I purchased arbitration during purchased which was expected to cover it but they declined, I'm stuck with 2019 ford edge with bad transmission. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OPENLANE
