This case is documented on YouTube, on YouTube search OPENLANE BANNED. OPENLANE and district sales manager Eric Carette banned a buyer for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I bought a vehicle with NO MECHANICAL DISCLOSURES listed. But when I tried to drive back to my lot, I discovered it had no cabin heat, and it overheated and pegged the temp gauge in 10 Kms! Anybody that left a 1 star review, edit it, so your review will get pushed back to the top. In my opinion OPENLANE is a DISGRACE to the dealer auction industry along with their reps/managers. They don't follow FULL DISCLOSURE and continue to enable sellers to pass the problem car down the line. They have made the industry worse and are costing buyers thousands of dollars! In my opinion.
