Cheats homeowners out of their valuable parking stalls and their lifestyle by making the absolute tiniest parking stalls allowed by the city just to save a dollar. I truly wouldn’t purchase a townhome or condo knowing that my Mini Cooper can’t even fit within one of the ridiculously sized stalls. All my neighbours in this development feel the same way and we are afraid of our cars being dinged and scratched. The situation is so bad, CBC news has made a news story about it.
