If I could leave no stars I would. My husband was there a year ago and I went to make an appointment. I was told that he was now considered a new patient and they were not accepting new patients at this time. I don’t recommend this place at all. They don’t care about people. Will make sure I tell people how bad they really are!
Open door is fantastic, always been professional,very clean.super people.i think we are very lucky to have it in crescent city.im 60 and visited for a variety of things and felt every well taken care of.thank you open door!
The "dental" care here is the worst experience I've ever had. 1st off.. you have to make multiple Apts to get anything done. The "emergency " visits do nothing. You can't actually be seen. You get to wait all morning and HOPE someone dosen't show for their apt. Then you get looked at. They determine yep, you are in pain. Need work done... and then they try to schedule you an apt 3 months out... I was told by 2 employees that my standby apt today was different than an emergency walk in.
