RecommendedI cannot recommend OpenCorp and all their staff highly enough. They have made my first investment property so easy to obtain, held my hand the whole way through and were there 24/7 to answer all my questions (no matter how stupid they were). A HUGE shoutout to Michael and Natalie who kept in contact with me weekly to make sure I understood everything. Also, Tom their finance person has been a pleasure to work with. He actually SAVED me money on my own personal mortgage too. I only wish we had done this a decade ago 💁

I never dreamed owning an investment property could be possible on my income level and being a sole parent I needed to make up for years of only part time work and caring responsibilities of my children. Extremely poor customer service. If you're renting from them you're doomed. Will never do their part. And will do their best to extort any money out of you when they can.
Fantastic experience with the team on the North side of Brisbane. Property Manager Natasha Falconer was so good to deal with, she really went the extra mile to bring everything together to get us into our rental property. Cannot thank her enough, was so good after have so many terrible experiences with other real estates. Highly recommend.
Opencorp helped me get my first investment property and I couldn’t be happier. The whole team were always in contact with me and my Broker Matt who I met through them did an awesome job with all my finances through the whole process. Took a lot of stress out of the whole process which was great considering I was doing this on my own. Absolutely recommend and would work with again.
I ring and leave messages at the Geebung branch but my calls are never returned. I had considered using this company for my rentals but the lack of communication has made my decision to go elsewhere.
Worse company to deal with. I rented in one of there homes for a year. Took very good care didn't even put a nail on the wall. Got a professional cleaning and mowing company to do the final cleaning. Got the original painter that painted the house come in to do touch up. I was told to hand keys over due to having inspection. With all this arrangement made they charged me 800 dollars for steam cleaning carpet and mowing. Thanks to them it was my first and hoping last time I will ever rent again.
