So much to say about OpenBarre in CP! I started at the studio as a first time postpartum mom. I was looking for a way to get back into working out but wasn’t quite ready for the gym. I took a few classes and then I joined the summer cohort class where my love for barre really blossomed. I discovered OpenBarre three years ago--and I am so glad I did! The instructors are inspiring and encouraging and I love going to class. The owner, Lauren, has made developing a welcoming community a priority. My happy place.
