I’ve had repeated and frustrating issues with Open Wide Dental. The first problem I experienced was with billing and insurance. The office mishandled my insurance claims, creating confusion over what I actually owed. After back-and-forth disputes, they eventually issued me a refund, which shows there were clear mistakes on their end. First time visiting Open Wide Dental. Everyone was very friendly and encouraging. I was impressed that patients could be service upstairs as well as downstairs. If you’re looking to relax and calm yourself before you get into the chair Open Wide has an answer for that. They have two very nice massage chairs along with some goodies that will help ease your mind. I like that fact they make sure you understand your treatment and the best plan for moving forward. Start with Ms Myla she was simply amazing, then there’s beautiful Leo that made me fill right at home with all my anxiety then Mr D was super fantastic with explaining and telling me exactly what I need . I love this dentist office and highly recommend.
