Dr. Durisek and his team are amazing. I really didn't love my smile before coming in, and so over time, I just stopped smiling. Mentally, it took a toll on me, and I felt a bit ashamed, so I was worried to go into any dentist. His team was very friendly and welcoming, and he did such an incredible job that now I can't stop smiling. But I definitely want to shout out to Mila and Jason. I had a disappointing experience and after sharing my concerns, Denise called me, was understanding, and helped me reschedule while waiving a cancellation fee. Her professionalism turned the experience around, and I truly appreciate her efforts in resolving the situation. Thank you for being an awesome dental office!

I had an appointment today for a routine cleaning and was disappointed with my experience over the phone. Due to a lapse in my insurance coverage until April, I planned to pay out of pocket. However, I was informed that X-rays were mandatory, even though I only wanted a cleaning. When I asked to reschedule for April (for insurance purposes), I was told I’d have to pay a $53 cancellation fee.
