I booked a massage with Chanel, and it was hands down the best massage experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the ambience was calming, and the woman at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) was incredibly sweet and welcoming. I'd like to objectively say that Open Sky Day Spa is the best massage in Columbus, but it's the only place I ever go because it's always amazing. Everybody is so nice and skilled. The building is nice and gives a relaxing vibe. Really, the only bad thing about Open Sky Day Spa is when the session is over and you have to go back to the real world.
Received a couples massage here and was extremely disappointed, I dont want to name names because that feels mean, but it was an incredibly awkward experience. It felt like the providers didn't know each other prior to entering the room. It also seemed odd that they were wearing street clothes and not scrubs/uniform, and the pressure that my partner and I asked for was not delivered on.
