Let me share my experience with this clinic. Around a year ago, I had a fall that caused me tremendous pain and the doctor referred me to this clinic to have an ultrasound. I waited for over a month but no calls for an appointment came. I had to ask the doctor again to know which clinic he had referred me to. I had my first ever MRI here. I came from out of province to get it done. Corinne, who I spoke with several times on the phone with, was very informative and prepared me for my appointment. Once I arrived at the clinic the staff were very helpful and polite. I was very nervous being inserted into the donut hole LOL I had a full size set of headphones on with country music playing. the staff were very helpful and kind. I went here to get an MRI of my back, and the process was explained very well. They called me beforehand to make sure i was properly prepared for it, which i appreciated a lot. would recommend
