Dr. Levitin helped my Eustachian tube dysfunction by performing a balloon dilation more effectively than any doctor I’ve seen before, using a balloon catheter specifically made for the Eustachian tube, long and narrow enough to get all the way into the tube. I have seen several doctors for this over ten years and had multiple procedures performed previously with comparatively little relief. Dr Levitin is a great doctor. I had congestion and sinus headaches. Dr Levitin performed a balloon sinuplasty and the Neuromark procedure. After a few weeks of recovery my sinus headaches have diminished and I can breath better than ever before. Still improving day by day. Big improvement in quality of life. Very clean and modern office and all of the staff is very polite and professional. Will use Dr Levitin in the future if I need any other sinus related issues treated.
My experience with Open Sinus has been absolutely amazing from the start. I love that as soon as you walk through the door, they know your name and greet you with a smile. The level of professionalism and efficiency is refreshing and I love that there is practically no wait time. Everything was always explained step by step, so there was no surprises. Dr. Levitin and Jenny were great and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
After years of dealing with chronic sinusitis and basically being told to just live with it, working with Dr. Jenny Levin has honestly been such a game changer. I can't say enough about Dr. Gregory Levitin and his entire team at Open Sinus. Every minute in the practice has been a wonderful experience. Starting with the greeting at the door, and ending with the post-procedure gift bag (which included a branded self-purifying water bottle for nasal rinsing!). They consider every detail! It is truly the model for the ideal patient experience. I am already breathing free 2-days post balloon + NEUROMARK®. I flew in from out of town to see the best and that is what I got! Thank you!!
