Incredible service. They did everything they said they would do and in a timely manner. I have put many miles (20,000) on my Class C since then and everything is still working just as it should. Slide in removed, floor replaced, generator fixed, roof checked, everything. They also kept me up to date on where they were with the repairs, returned my motorhome to me while waiting on parts and did a temporary moisture repair to be sure no moisture got in motorhome while waiting on parts. They were wonderful
We had a great experience at Open Roads Complete RV. The team was very professional and friendly. We worked with both Josh and Tori. I highly recommend. They had the exact RV we were looking for and walked us through all the components before we decided to buy. The negotiations and financing was was not a pushy experience. My expectations were met. Once we did buy, Sam gave us a thorough walk thru of the unit before pulling out. I would recommend this dealer to a friend.
