Very good experience. Staff is very knowledgeable.
We spoke with Art about a very clean used RV. It is a lovely trailer, just the right size for us. Art is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I felt like they worked well with us to try and meet our budget. At this time, we have decided to go in another direction, (possibly a tiny house) but I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer, and if we do decide to go with a travel trailer, we will be returning to do business with Art again.
I had a great experience with Open Roads in Jasper. I was already familiar with the dealership but not their employees. Art was our salesman and was very knowledgeable. Terry was easy to deal with on the paperwork and closing of the purchase. Austin was fantastic at the walk through! The guy really knows his stuff. Thanks to all the folks there.
