I purchased a GeoPro and it needed a small repair under warranty the unit is about 4 months old. After waiting forever and hearing tons of excuses from the service adviser (tech is sick, waiting on authorization, etc) I finally got the repair scheduled 3 months later. Got my unit back and they did not re caulk at all the area they cut up and the damaged and misinstalled the trim. Not to mention the multiple stripped and missing screws. Worst place to buy a camper they do not stand behind what they sale tell you one lie after another and Winnebago is just has bad .So you had better run from this place they will f you in a heart beat. 32.000 mistake it won't happen again and I will put big ass lemons on this thing and say this is what you get I promise that

The sales people were good to us when we made our purchase, but everything has gone downhill since then. I give sales a 4 or 5, but I give their service department -5 stars. We have nothing but trouble from them since we bought it. They called us Two weeks after we took it in the first time, and they said the roof was torn. There is no way we did that to our camper, but we had no way to prove it, especially after they "discovered" the problem after they had it for two weeks. After purchasing a new GeoPro from them and taking 1 short weekend trip we took note of several warranty items that needed to be addressed prior to our next trip. Our TV quit working, the tub drain did not function, the wiring for our back up camera did not work, and our running lights necessary for driving at night do not work. We brought the RV in to have 4 issues resolved. What we experienced instead was a VERY expensive estimate on each one of them . We were quoted $1860 to put on new awning arms as the awning would not retract properly. Later when my friend and I compared the failed arm to the good one, we found that it was only a broken tie wrap keeping two parts of the mechanism together.
