We can’t say enough good things about Kevin and the team at Open Roads. Even before arriving in person, we were impressed with the high level of communication we received. Kevin clearly loves his job and takes the time needed with his customers. He was patient, and took the time to show us everything. But we also didn’t feel unwanted pressure, as we considered all of our options. This was an awesome experience from beginning to end, and we would highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for any kind of RV.
Austin was the rudest salesman I’ve ever had the displeasure to speak with, I came in eager to purchase or at least begin the process and yet he somehow fumbled and got me to turn around and leave. The place looked nice and RVs were beautiful but his smug attitude was unbearable, look elsewhere.
Really enjoying our Kodiak! We had a great salesperson in Chase, he was the best. If you’re in the market, ask for Chase! I made a goof and pinched some wires when installing W/D hitch but service tech repaired on the spot. Finance guy got me a lower rate than was originally quoted. This was close to a two hour drive but well worth it. This is our second RV from Open Roads. 5 stars all day!!
