Chase was wonderful to work with. He was not pushy and willing to answer any and all our questions. It was a very relaxed, no pressure environment.
We showed up to look at campers and were greeted with a smile from Chase. He showed us a ton of campers and really took his time to educate us on the different types and best built units. We bought our camper days ago and he is still checking in and going above and beyond for us. I have bought vehicles and stuff before and never encountered a sales person I trusted and felt truly cared about their customers until Chase. Love theses folks! Within a matter of minutes walking in to the store, we had found our 5th wheel! Patrick and the other members of his team was GREAT!
We were looking to buy a 5th wheel and had gone to several dealers. No luck is an understatement. Then we went to Open Roads and was greeted by Chase Hooper. He was amazing! He even went out of his way and met us at the other location where we found our perfect 5th wheel. He helped us get what we wanted and at a payment we could afford.
