We recently turned in our BMW for a brand new Tiguan and we couldn’t be happier! Michael Ramos (the whole team) really made it easy to transact and the VW is very fun! All the updated tech, the VW app (we also have a Jetta) and *everything* else. We look forward to a great review on their service, too! Even with questions after we got the car home, Michael was very responsive.

Stay far away from Open Road VW in Manhattan, and specifically avoid salesperson Mentor, Service Advisor Carol, and Sales Manager Jeff at all costs. Buying a CPO vehicle from them has been a complete nightmare, and their business practices are incredibly shady. When I purchased my CPO 2021 VW Tiguan, my salesperson, Mentor, presented a "clean" Carfax report.
