My wife and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with our service advisor Jessica Bobsin and her manager Dylan. We made the mistake of not purchasing again from Open Road as we had purchased a RV at the Seattle RV show from another dealer. Recently bought a brand new trailer to live in as soon as the rain come so did the leaky roof and they where no help with repairs unless brought to them repair cost will be out of my pocket on a brand new trailer. I would recommend going somewhere else.
This is our 3rd 5th wheel toyhauler purchased from Open Road and everything went smoothly for this one too! We went up on a Saturday, looked at a 2025 Torque 5th wheel toyhauler, discussed and negotiated price for 2 days, signed papers on Monday night and picked up trailer the next Saturday. The sales team was great to work with, and the service team were great at fixing the manufacturer blemishes. Can't say enough about the PDI team going the extra mile to get us on the road today!
New to RVing. Needed parts for older awning. They had them in stock. Also had everything we needed, with options, for electric and water hook-ups. Very knowledgeable
