Buying from OpenRoad was a huge mistake. The RV had serious issues from the start — roof leaks, bad seals, leaking plumbing, and even an electrical failure. For the amount of money spent, the quality was completely unacceptable. When I reached out for help, customer service was rude and dismissive instead of taking responsibility. To make matters worse, management is not certified, which shows in the poor workmanship and lack of accountability. This is a review and a thank you to Open Road RV and Steve Schriver, Jason Tastad and Lyric Rosenburg. We have to sell several RVs of our son’s due to him passing away. Everyone at Open Road RV was supportive and compassionate to our situation. We visited their office a couple of times and each time they gave us the help we needed. We are so grateful for their kindness.
