Great job to Open Road RV in Arlington! An overall smooth experience. The one hiccup we had with the new hitch was resolved by Service Techs coming in on a Sunday to resolve the issue to get us on the road ASAP. Everyone was very pleasant to work with through the entire process. Thank you to all who helped get us in our new RV!
Nicole in the service department was so helpful in coordinating a warranty repair of the roof on our tent trailer. She did a great job of keeping us informed and the service department did an excellent job with the repair. Top notch service!
My wife and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with our service advisor Jessica Bobsin and her manager Dylan. We made the mistake of not purchasing again from Open Road as we had purchased a RV at the Seattle RV show from another dealer.
