We bought our rv from open road and we have spent a lot of time dealing with their maintenance department. They have been wonderful. When buying a new rv no matter the brand you willl have issues. For me it’s about the customer experience. We had leaking in our tips outs took it into maintenance at open road and they tried everything they could to fix it. My experience with Open Road RV was incredibly disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. First, the advertised pricing felt completely misleading. The listed prices conveniently excluded nearly $4,000 in additional fees, which were only revealed later in the process. Accompanied a friend who had done quite a bit of research and knew just what he wanted. There was no pressure, just honest interaction and the RV was sold. The service was great and the selection was adequate. No high pressure or over promising as seen at other RV shops.
