We paid Open Road RV Repair to come out to give us a quote for repairs; they claimed they had to see each item before they could do it. Our RV manufacturer agreed to reimburse us for repairs but needed a quote to approve in advance. We agreed to pay Open Road an hourly rate to get a quote. They charged our card $342.40 for the mobile visit and to discuss all items that had issues. The technician indicated he'd have to get with the office to get us the quote (needed part prices, etc.).
