We paid Open Road RV Repair to come out to give us a quote for repairs; they claimed they had to see each item before they could do it. Our RV manufacturer agreed to reimburse us for repairs but needed a quote to approve in advance. We agreed to pay Open Road an hourly rate to get a quote.
