Terrible service We brought in our boat for de-winterization and any other maintenance needed, which usually takes about a day or two. We chose this company specifically because they took appointments, so we thought awesome! We can get in and out nice early. Nope. Wow l call up (April 2024) to install 2 tires and balance for a motorcycle. $294. plus tax. I guess Allsport is way cheaper at $50 a tire. As for Open Road Recreation... That is one way of keeping unwanted business away.
Was never lied to or screwed over by any other dealership like this 1. Purchased boat 10k plus tax. Engine blew up 1st time out. They had Promised a warranty on the boat at purchase. Ended up, they didn't fix original boat, ended up having to buy another boat for 18k.HADD TO ARGUE to get what we paid back for original,they even tried to charge us documentation fees for tye trade in. Was told, basically take it or leave it. Couldn't walk fromk a 10k purchase, so had to take deal
