Couldn't have had a more pleasant experience purchasing my motorhome from these guys. I'm not going to lie, I was sceptical going into the whole thing, buying from a dealership. However, the customer service from these guys was second to none. They assisted in my logistical needs, went above and beyond when a few minor issues popped up the day after purchase. Our first experience of Open Road Motorhomes was a couple of years ago when we purchased our motorhome. We were so impressed with them as a thoroughly professional and helpful group of people. They made our purchase a pleasure and their after-sales service was outstanding. WOW...what a breathe of fresh air! We purchased our motor home through Open Road about 7 months ago and, though we have only experienced minor problems that were mainly the fault of our own ignorance, we have never been left in the lurch. Just had my motorhome delivered today. What a lovely team of people to work with. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to purchase. I did a day flight down to Sydney, got breakfast and coffee and was then delivered back to the train station. A huge thanks to Eddie and Nicky for making the whole process so simple.
