From the moment I stepped foot in the dealership to the moment I drove “VAN GO” out, the guys and gal at ORM made me feel like I was their only customer. I am a virgin van owner and the staff helped me through the whole process. Aaron, who had only been with ORM for about a week showed my the outside of the motorhome and was very clear and professional. Kelley showed me the inside workings and I was so impressed with her knowledge. Thank you guys for making the experience not quite as daunting and scary.
Open Road Motorhomes were simply great to deal with. I needed to sell rather quickly and as we both agreed on price within 3-4 hours of our first text messages, all of that work was completed in a day or so. I was promised the motorhome would be picked up by the weekend and that too happened on time and with no fuss. What a fantastic Team to deal with.
