Had Mario from Open Road RV recaulk our RV roof & side rails on our 2008 Winnebago Outlook Class C 31ft. He was excellent! Did an excellent job! We couldn’t climb up top but he took pictures & showed us that he had done! Thank you Mario you’re a good man!
Had an issue with one of my AC. Open Road came out same day diagnosed coolant leak had caused some damage inside the AC. They got me a quote the very next morning and had the new AC ordered and installed in less than 3 days. Very well informed from start to finish. Will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done.
We needed help with our RVs toilet system. I was able to get an appointment right away. We were notified when our technician was on his way. Mario showed up on time and got to work. He was able to identify the problem and get the part ordered. He showed up a few days later when the part arrived and installed it. Our toilets have been working great ever since.
