I retained Open Road RV to service my RV which was experiencing several issues. They were responsive at first and had a tech out quickly to diagnose my RV. They were only able to diagnose 3 out of the 4 issues I was having. The initial visit took longer than expected to diagnose and cost just over $500, which I thought was high for a simple diagnosis. What a wonderful experience! Technician was able to come the same day. Turned out our electrical issue was with the RV parks connection but had a list of other things that Dave was able to take care of while he was here. Knowledgeable and friendly. Tips given to avoid future issues. Just all in all a great experience. Will recommend and use this company again with any future issues. Thank you!!
Today my beautiful new RV was delivered and seconds after it was dropped off and I was alone I discovered the AC didn’t work. I panicked…but not for long. Quick google search and I found these guys! Seconds later Jessica was in the phone and sending me help! Within an hour or so it was Dave to the rescue! David is great, what an asset for your company. He is knowledgeable and treats everyone like he would like to be treated.
Excellent service from booking to finish! Same day service and repaired my inverter on-site. Our technician Dave was very knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills. He explained everything to me and answer all my questions.
