Came here to rent a Uhaul… ended up buying a MINI. Guess I’m embracing my midlife crisis. The guys here know these cars inside and out and made the whole thing easy. Super helpful, zero pressure, and honestly I couldn’t be happier with the decision.
Thos place is a joke. After having my Mini there for almost 3 months I pick it up in worse condition then when I dropped it. I complained to the guy in the office who shrugged is shoulders and walked away. I had my car towed to Arlington Mini and they had it ready in less then a week. Don't waste your time or money here!
About a year ago we brought my wife’s MINI in after it started making a strange noise, thinking it might be something small. It ended up needing a whole new timing chain. I was bracing for the worst since that’s a serious repair, but Nick is basically the MINI Car Whisperer. He walked us through every step, explained what needed to be done, and made the whole process way less stressful. I don’t usually leave reviews, but good service deserves recognition. Took my MINI in after dealing with months of weird noises and no proper diagnosis. The team at Open Road figured it out fast and didn’t overcharge me for stuff I didn’t need. They actually care about the cars, and it shows. Way better experience than I’ve had anywhere else. If you drive a MINI, this is the spot.
