I stopped by with my 2011 CountryMan because the a/c blowing warm. Nic took the time to look at the car real quick and told me the air compressor wasn’t working. I left the car for him to fit in and fix when he could get to it. He called a couple days later and said I could pick up the car and the a/c was ice cold! I picked it up and the outside temp was reading 89 degrees on the car thermometer and sure enough it made my finger cold enough to open the windows…

My Mini has been through a lot but the worst experience started last year at this shop. I made a mistake in trusting them so much, but I was wrong. They had done so many wrongs to my Mini and still have issue to these days after spending so much money. The past year was uneasy and nerve-wracking while enjoying adventure not knowing what could happen.
