Nick and his team are no good!!! I made a mistake in trusting them so much, but I was wrong. They had done so many wrongs to my Mini (AKA Topless) and still to these days after spent thousand of dollars in cash (they not even accepted cards, go figure). The past year was uneasy and nerve-wracking while enjoying going topless, not knowing what could happen next. Terrible customer service, they will tell you they have a part and the when you want to buy it couple days later they tell you they are sold out. Don’t waste your time here, absolute frauds.
Our 2016 MINI began over heating and leaking coolant from the oil filter housing. After a quote from the MINI dealership being astronomical, we got a second opinion from Open Road Mini. Their quote was much better and I brought it in for repairs. Drop off was easy, next day repair was great! Our MINI is back on road and not leaving coolant puddles in the garage now.
