Open road customs is the best HD shop in central ohio jimmy knows his stuff..
After $2,400 and almost 18 months I had to hire a lawyer to send a certified letter to get my bike back, after all of that I still haven't got all the parts for my bike. Think twice about who you take your bike to and do some research first. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a business!
I highly recommend NOT taking your bike here!! My husband dropped his bike off here 18 months ago for some work and had to hire a lawyer just to get the bike back in peices also with peices missing!! We got the bike back in WAY worse condition than what we took it in. Honestly we are lucky we got it back at all!! The guy who owns the shop had a million excuses when he finally answered the phone but it was clear that he was not working on the bike and had ill intentions. Very detailed and knowledge is better than going to a harley dealership.
My husband took our soft tail to this place over a year ago for a tuneup. We have not been able to get the bike back. The owner was first responding with a million excuses why he wasn’t done with the bike and now he’s not responding at all. We have resorted to hiring an attorney to help us get the bike back.
