After $2,400 and almost 18 months I had to hire a lawyer to send a certified letter to get my bike back, after all of that I still haven't got all the parts for my bike. Think twice about who you take your bike to and do some research first. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a business!
I highly recommend NOT taking your bike here!! My husband dropped his bike off here 18 months ago for some work and had to hire a lawyer just to get the bike back in peices also with peices missing!! We got the bike back in WAY worse condition than what we took it in. Honestly we are lucky we got it back at all!! The guy who owns the shop had a million excuses when he finally answered the phone but it was clear that he was not working on the bike and had ill intentions.
