The entire team at Open Range Cycles are cycling experts. I'm a Jackson local and enjoy more casual road biking. I needed an bike upgrade, yet didn't know where to turn. I was impressed with Greta, Bart, George & Ryan's knowledge, support, customer service, and speed. Within a week, I was able to get the perfect bike fitted for me and I've been enjoying it ever since on the Teton pathways. Thanks Open Range crew!

i'm on a cycling trip across the states and these guys were the first bike shop that took me in and helped me with all my problems. they were fast and friendly and i could continue with my trip! highly recommended!
I cannot say enough nice things about this bike shop! I came in late Saturday afternoon after a tragic mishap of crashing my bike (on my car) into a garage. I was supposed to do a 150 mile ride the next morning, particularly important to me to honor my Dad who passed away a month before. They problem solved to get my bike in top working order, even calling around town to other shops for various parts. We recently purchased 2 new Pivot brand bikes from Open Range Cycles and the experience from beginning to end has been exceptional. From the first time we walked in this shop we were greeted immediately by their warm and inviting staff. We had a difficult search as my wife is 4'10 and she was needing a 27.5 in a extra small. They went out of their way to order a bike in just so she could test ride it with no guarantee that we were going to purchase.
