They’re great. Had an issue with my new bike that I didn’t even bought from them and they helped me without any questions. They did an adjustment it’s fixed for now. Thanks guys
Smart, quick, knowledgeable staff. Came into town with broken wheel while touring the GDMBR. They got me sorted with a replacement wheel to keep me moving next day. Good folks. Would be fun friends.
Great experience at Open Range, came in mid bike tour with a busted rear axle, they were able to get a new wheel on and get me on the road quickly. Could not recommend more highly!
These guys have are amazing! Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
For want of a nail... I couldn't operate my scooter because I needed a lock nut for the Schrader valve on the front tire. The kind gentleman behind the parts desk searched diligently for a matching nut, found one, and dropped it in my hand at no charge. I gave him a modest contribution anyway. Patronize this place they are good people.
