Great experience at Open Range, came in mid bike tour with a busted rear axle, they were able to get a new wheel on and get me on the road quickly. Could not recommend more highly!
These guys have are amazing! Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
For want of a nail... I couldn't operate my scooter because I needed a lock nut for the Schrader valve on the front tire. The kind gentleman behind the parts desk searched diligently for a matching nut, found one, and dropped it in my hand at no charge. I gave him a modest contribution anyway. Patronize this place they are good people.
They were very helpful. Had a brake problem and they fixed in a couple of hours. Thanks!!
What a great bike shop. We are traveling through the area and had some damage to one of our Trek e-bikes. They got us back on the road the same day at a very reasonable cost. The folks working there are just awesome people and super friendly. I would highly recommend Open Range Cycles.
