horrible shady company they dont pay you your commission if they fire you dont get sick
Hi from April 2023 to february 2024 I worked for open network exchange in scottsdale Az They fired me because I missed 1 day of work because I was sick and I had a doctor note and they didn't pay me my $13,000 in commission they owed me for the month of February 2024 I finished #3 in the company that month the manager Chris told he wasn't going to pay me my commission and legally all he was going to pay me my hourly that very unfair work practice
