I have been unsuccessful in obtaining an MRI due to high anxiety and figured this would be my last attempt, it was. I explained to the staff my anxiety and they immediately reassured me. The tech was so understanding and coaxed me through the appointment. Thankful for their understanding and will highly recommend this facility.
This place is amazing! The staff is so kind and compassionate. I had to have a stat MRI and Tammy worked her butt off, with the help of my doctor, to get the authorization. Robin, up front, was also very kind and was willing to assist me with all of my questions and help with my paperwork. The tech, Joanne, was beyond amazing! She kept me informed the entire test and was so sweet. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an MRI, especially an open one.

With me having very bad anxiety I had to go for a MRI and I am so grateful that I did go to Open MRI of Rockledge. they were so kind and understanding. The MRI Technician Joanne was just heaven sent. Everybody there is so sweet and kind and helpful.
Never will I go back to this place for any reason. Today the Xray tech had the nerve when I informed her we would need to adjust for back problem to tell me "if you shut up and wait I will tell you how we are going to do this." I am not a 3 year old and NO ONE will speak to me with that tone. The gentleman who is supposed to be the manager had the nerve to say the woman has years of experience dealing with difficult patients. It took everything I had to keep from showing him difficult. What an awesome place! My husband needed an open MRI because he is so claustrophobic. The ladies there made him feel comfortable and made sure I didn't need anything in the waiting room! Wonderful experience even after my husband "accidentally" locked the key for the locker IN the locker! :-)
Everyone here is awesome!!! I was nervous when I went & they were great ❤️❤️❤️
