I needed an MRI with contrast and I told them I had the ones without contrast done somewhere else one week ago. They told me there was no problem as long as I brought the report and the images the day of the appointment. Therefore, I scheduled the appointment, but when I showed up, for my surprise, they told me I needed to do again the one without contrast because the radiologist refuses to read reports and images from somewhere else. No even a star deserve this place, my son did and MRI of his knee and when his therapist received the images and report was useless, images quality terrible bad and report worse; how can you put “maybe” on it, what that is mean maybe good or maybe bad!!!! After that, of course we did another MRI in other place and they refuse to give us a refund, so DO NOT waste your money here go some other profesional place, you can find same price and much more responsables places. But don’t go here unless you like to waste your money.
