If you are in need of imaging, I HIGHLY recommend avoiding Open MRI and using a professional facility like RIMI. The procedure itself could not be completed properly due to limited clinical acumen of staff. Additionally I was told by staff that metal on my clothing was not an issue, and it was just "a myth" that metals should be avoided near a MRI. 😳 To end this worthless experience, now almost a year later I have received multiple bills for $1200. I had an mri on 4-9-25 @ the East Prov location. The tech Abby was excellent and made the experience great. I was hesitant because I never had one before but she explained entities to me and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

THIS PLACE FLAT OUT SUCKS!!! I PERSONALLY HAD AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR A WEEK AND 30 mins BEFORE THE APPORTIONMENT THEY CALL AND ASK IF I HAD A BULLET REMOVED ? WHAT NO I DID NOT WHAT IS THE PROBLEM THEY TELL ME WELL YOU NEED AN X-RAY AND WE CANT DO THIS TODAY. SO SHOULD I CHARGE THEM!!!!!! MY DAYS PAY WHERE THEY WERE CLEAR TO TELL ME THEYD CHARGE ME 50 DOLLARS FOR NOT SHOWING UP. LADY I TALKED TO FLAT OUT RUDE AND TRASHY.

I had to get a total of 7 scans done and the tech who preformed my scans was amazing. She was so kind and helpful and made sure i knew exactly what we were doing. The front desk team was also amazing! Very kind and personable! Thank you for helping me!
