Had an MRI here recently . Everyone was very nice. My tech who completed my test was very understanding that I was a nervous wreck and made me feel very comfortable throught the whole process. The building could use some renovating. I would go there again if needed any further tests.
If I could give this location -0 I would. Marie was rude unacceptable tone. Office manager was even worse. I don’t even need to explain. Just go to Providence if your looking for professionalism and to be treated with dignity and respect, that’s the message.
I haven't even had my appointment yet and it's already been a stressful upsetting interaction....my doctor ordered an MRI and a few days later they set up an appointment but I had to set up a pt1 form to take me to my appointment and unfortunately as of 24 hours by before my appointment it still had not been approved so I called to cancel well before 24 hours and the respectionist asked if I wanted to reschedule then and I told her I would call back because I also wasn't feeling well and that I would call back and then it be... read more
