Let me start off by saying as soon as you walk in you are greeted with beautiful smiles and people. The girls in front Lily, Diana, and Naomi made sure you are taken care of right away. The medical center is spotless from the lobby, the bathroom, dressing room, to the MRI room. Then you will be helped by empathetic, understanding, and patient Techs named Josh, Nicole, and Destiny. I can’t thank the staff enough for how kind, generous, understanding, and compassionate they were throughout my entire visit. They were friendly and so helpful answering all my questions. As someone with severe claustrophobia who can’t endure a traditional MRI machine, having access to an open MRI made all the difference. I needed a brain scan and their new technology helped alleviate my fear and nerves by providing an open MRI.
