Very rude staff from the start
Very rude staff from the start
Friendly staff, fast service, clean.
In and out, No one else was waiting, friendly staff. Not found of the open mri machine, quite loud & noisy. Prefer a sit down open mri to their old fashioned lay down machine. Still at anxiety with this machine as I was positioned underneath it. Hope to never need another mri, ever.
The actual scanning went off without a hitch. There were no other patients there, so there was no wait what so ever. However their staff running the front desk were absolutely clueless as to how insurance billing works. They insisted on charging me out of pocket for costs that are covered under my insurance - because they refused to call Cigna for clarification. Now I'm stuck in the endless cycle of mail order billing corrections. I'll never be able to recoup the $89.00 they took from me.
