Terrible experience I made an appt weeks ago they took an add on knee while I sat fasting for over 8 hours as a diabetic in a johnny coat waiting. Over an hour late at this point.

RecommendedMy ultrasound was great. The tech was nice. I also had an MRI though today and it was fine but, I was near a panic attack. I made it through fine but, think I would have been better had I been able to take my anxiety medication first. The receptionist had me in a waiting room until 20 min past my appt time and finally when the tech came for me I said “I’m supposed to check with first so I can take my anxiety meds for this visit but, no one came out to talk to me.” She just said “ohh, well you can take it but, we are ready to... read more
RecommendedWe were so grateful for the staff at Open MRI today, who came to work when there were multiple power outages affecting them and the offices. My daughter was anxious to have this procedure done to know when she could return to sports. Thank you for being there today and making her feel comfortable.

RecommendedAll of the staff I encountered, from the receptionist to the technician, were extremely friendly and warm. Unusual in this day of rushed medical treatment. I highly recommend Whitney Imaging Center in Hamden.
