I was overcharged and had to involve 4 agents from my insurance , took 41 days with several phone calls to secure a refund. After receiving explanation of benefits (EOB), i waited for a month before contacting this office. Wendy, an office staff, denied of receiving insurance payment and EOB and refused refund. I used to go to this place , last time i was trying to schedule an appointment once they know that my insurance not with them any more they become very Rude specially a scheduler her name is Lisa or Leslie i didnot catch the name correct because she told me i donot have time for you , i tried to talk to her and ask question she ends up the conversation by saying i donot have second for you , then she called back saying i apologize we got disconnected but we still cannot make appointment for you.
