Do not go here. AHP's and GP's do not refer your clients and patients here. The staff are rude, lack understanding and reasoning. They charge you a $130.00 Non attendance fee unfairly. I was suffering from a headache, Runny nose, high temp and became unwell overnight. Lisa , their Operations Manager sent me an invoice for $130.00 and when I explained I was suffering from illness she replied "Giving us less than an hours notice is not acceptable Our fee still stands"

Moved here from NSW over the new year and had a hard time adjusting, but seeing Sharon regularly has helped me so much more than I expected! She's given me multiple resources to look into that fit with my specific issues perfectly, from music to books to podcasts, and has been the most compassionate, understanding and open minded person I could have hoped for in my times of stress. She has all of my respect and gratitude, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The worst place ever!!! I had to cancel an appointment due to having covid and they are charging me a $125 cancellation fee. Rude administration staff. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

I found this to be an uncaring experience. I was teary, was not asked if I was ok - and was told 'you do realise there is a 3 to 4 month waiting list'. This was said with attitude and as I am not psychic I was totally unaware. Also, called you because I was given your flyer by someone I trusted, which states you have no wait list..... My apologies for being such a bother as to call you to seek much needed help. My suggestion would be to provide some training for your staff and keep your flyers up to date. They have only answerd the phones once out of a dozen or so times trying to contact them over the last few weeks and then charged me for not coming to my appointment when I was sick even though it was a free appointment. They cancelled my other appointments and told me to pay them money or I can't see a psychologist even though my appointments were free. I've only missed this one. Don't go to them if you want a caring environment. Go somewhere else.
